About Being an Exhibitor

See the attached application form on the left side of this page as well as a printable page of the information given below. 

Date of Convention:             March 4 & 5, 2010
Exhibits Location:               Hall C, Shaw Convention Centre

Setup Time: Only Wednesday- March 3 - 1:00pm to 6:00pm

  The change to set up time was at the request of exhibitors to allow for displays to open earlier.

 

Displays Open Times: 
Thursday -March 4-8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Friday    -March 5- 8:30 am to 1:15 pm

 

The last session starts at 1:15 pm on Friday and as many exhibitors find the afternoon very slow, it was decided to cut short the displays to 1:15 pm. 

 

Confirmation of receipt of application form will be e-mailed.  Exhibitors will receive their booth allocations when they arrive at Convention to set up.  

 

Exhibitors that require power will need to directly contact Show Tech for that service.  They can be contacted at 1-780-492-1162
